Best Practice: Implementing an electronic marketplace for sustainable products and services

Enhance the advantages of using online platforms to promote certified products and services through credible eco-labeling and environmental certifications. The MyHIJAU mark in Malaysia and the Thai Green Cart in Thailand are examples of successful implementation where public buyers are helped to save time in searching for sustainable market alternatives that meet their needs.

Through the EcoAdvance project, this best practice is made available to the countries of Central America and the Caribbean, providing information and examples to replicate the positive experiences in the use of eco-labeling and sustainable public procurement in other countries around the world.
