Revision of the Technical Standards for the Connection and Operation of Renewable Power Plants in the Dominican Republic

The objective of this report is to perform a gap analysis of these documents in comparison with relevant international examples. From this comparison, high-level recommendations for future revisions will be generated, which will serve as a basis for discussion with GIZ and the system operator.
