This comic emerges as an innovative pedagogical tool developed through a participatory process with women park rangers and other leaders in the environmental sector, aiming to make inequalities visible, strengthen their collective voice, and integrate a gender perspective into biodiversity conservation. Designed as a technical guide in a narrative-educational format, it uses stories and characters inspired by real-life situations to explain concepts such as gender perspective, intersectionality, human rights, and power dynamics in fieldwork.

It is targeted at personnel working directly in conservation, research, and climate action, the comic translates global gender equality frameworks into everyday experiences, making them accessible without relying on complex technical approaches. It also promotes cultural change within organizations, integrates gender equality as a central element for effective conservation, and offers a model that can be replicated across different contexts and sectors.
