Study of Incentive Mechanisms for Electric Mobility in Grenada, Jamaica and Saint Lucia

This NDC-TEC report is a consolidation of findings aimed at providing technical assistance to Grenada, Jamaica, and Saint Lucia to accelerate electric vehicle adoption. It analyzes fiscal and environmental impacts of various incentive mechanisms, offering country-specific roadmaps and replicable modelling. The study concludes that combining financial incentives with internal combustion engine disincentives is critical for NDC goals.
